1. Before or at the beginning of the delivery of the plastic extrusion machine, Hanhai’s professional technicians will conduct comprehensive and detailed training for customers. Interact with customers, answer questions for customers, make customers familiar with the use and maintenance of extruders, and ensure long-term stable operation and safe production of plastic extruders in the future production process.

2. After the equipment test machine is delivered to the customer’s factory, we will send commissioning engineers to provide technical training for the workers in the customer’s factory, and provide long-term technical support and services to the customer.

3. Hanhai will provide customers with timely, professional and efficient after-sales service, including extrusion machinery  introduction, installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, technical training, machine maintenance training, door-to-door service, regular follow-up visits, etc. When the machine breaks down, we will assist customers and provide solutions by telephone or network in a short time, and arrange technicians to come to repair quickly if necessary.
